Bullseye Glass Co.

Bullseye Glass Co. has been hand-rolling glass in Portland, Oregon since 1974. Bullseye’s commitment to the art of fused glass is evident in its factory, educational resource centers, fine arts fabrication studio, and gallery/museum exhibitions.

Within the context of the 2026 rebrand, the mission was to develop a Bullseye Logomark and suite of brand colors that can function across Bullseye’s brands. This collateral needed to be adaptable and responsive to subtle shifts in aesthetics and contextual tone. In addition, it was important to stakeholders that the “bullseye” icon with its historical significance to the brand and to glassworking be preserved. By mindfully considering the potential negative cues of a “bullseye” in our current culture, the icon transformed into a reflected rainbow that epitomizes full spectrum color, and the power of light play in the perception/experience of glass.
